I am an experienced and qualified Manager of residential and special needs school/services since 1999, during which time I have held a Registered Managers role for 5 years with an Ofsted Judgment consistently of ‘outstanding’.

Following on, I have held an Operations Manager role for the past 7 years. Previous roles have included completing consultancy work for children’s homes and supporting failing homes to improve.

I am a qualified Social Worker who is passionate and driven to provide the best possible outcomes for children and young people, and have a keen interest in ensuring our services are ‘fit for purpose’ and meet all regulatory frameworks/requirements.

I believe every child should be given the opportunity to grow and succeed and that barriers can be overcome by working together to achieve the best outcomes.
