Karen Connery

Karen has successfully registered and managed children’s provisions since 1999 and has in total 23 years’ experience working within this sector. Karen worked in education as a Registered Manager from 1999. Following on from this, Karen took a change of direction into residential social care for children in 2010 and held a Registered Managers’ position from 2012 for 6 years. During these 17 years as a Registered Manager, these provisions were rated either Good or Outstanding with Ofsted.

Karen was promoted in 2015 and subsequently held the position of Head of Business Operations for 6 years until more recently where she holds the position of Regional Director.

Karen is a committed and passionate individual and believes that every young person should be provided with the opportunity to achieve their full potential and aspirations meaning ‘every moment matters’.
