I began my career as a Residential Support Worker and progressed along my chosen career pathway to becoming the Ofsted Registered Manager at Holly House.
I have experience working with children and young people with a variety of different needs including Mental Health Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Autism and Learning Disabilities. I have also mentored children from disadvantaged communities to support them to meet their potential in their academic, social and emotional development.
I hold a Psychology Degree and Residential Childcare Dip L3 and I am currently studying towards my latest qualification – Leadership and Management Dip L5 .
I believe all young people have a great deal of potential and with the right support and encouragement they will achieve this potential.
